Job Description:
Documents patient care accurately, including drug allergies, lab data, diagnostic tests, and patient education. Maintains a clean, safe patient environment and ensures proper use and documentation of supplies and equipment. Collaborates with healthcare team members to ensure high-quality patient care. Assesses, develops, implements, and evaluates comprehensive care plans with a multidisciplinary team in collaboration with patients and families. Conducts thorough assessments of patients' goals, biophysical, psychosocial, environmental, and discharge planning needs using hospital resources. Acts as a liaison to post-hospital care providers and community health resources.
Education:
Associate's of Nursing [Required] Bachelor's of Nursing [Preferred]
Work Experience:
2+ acute care nursing experience [Preferred] 2+ l & d experience [Preferred]
Licenses and Certifications:
Registered Nurse (RN) [Required] Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) [Required] Basic Life Support•CPR Cert (BLS) [Required] Advanced Cardiac Life Support Cert (ACLS) [Preferred]
