Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse specialized in Labor and Delivery and Postpartum care to join our team on a full-time basis. The RN will provide high-quality care in a supportive environment, ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout their labor, delivery, and postpartum stages.

Responsibilities:

Deliver comprehensive nursing care utilizing the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation Address the psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and their families Administer medications and treatments following established protocols, monitor side effects and effectiveness Document patient history, symptoms, medication, and care provided accurately Educate patients and their families regarding care plans and health management Make appropriate clinical decisions and delegate tasks as needed Ensure compliance with all relevant standards and competencies

Requirements:

Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing (preferred) Minimum 1 year of experience in a labor/delivery or postpartum nursing setting preferred Valid RN license in Texas or a compact license Current BLS (AHA) certification Current certification in NRP, STABLE, and NCC Electronic Fetal Monitoring (C-EFM) Current ACLS certification (AHA) Willingness to attend organizational orientation within 30 days

Work Schedule:

7:00 AM to 7:00

PM Hourly Pay Rate:
