PM Job Summary:

New Hope Manor, a respected long-term care facility in Austin, TX, is seeking a compassionate and skilled RN or LVN Nurse to join our team on a full-time basis. Responsibilities:

Provide skilled nursing care to residents, including assessments, interventions, and evaluations Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary team members Monitor and report changes in resident condition to ensure prompt attention and treatment Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and services Exhibit excellent hospitality skills, promoting a positive and respectful environment Possess basic computer skills to access and maintain electronic medical records

Requirements:

Current license in good standing with the State of Texas (or other compact state) Passing a criminal background check Excellent hospitality skills and ability to work effectively with residents, families, and fellow staff members Basic computer skills Associate's degree in nursing (RN) or diploma in vocational nursing (LVN)
