Job Description

  • We are just 15 minutes away from Tyler Chandler Nursing Center, a nursing home in Chandler, Texas is seeking RN / LVN's 2-10 and 10-6 to join our team!
  • New Rates Inquire Within
Shifts:
2-10 M-F 10-6 R/W Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Monitor patient conditions and report any changes to the healthcare team. Provide direct patient care, including infant care and support for patients undergoing cardiac catheterization. Assist with case management tasks to ensure comprehensive patient care. Perform venipuncture and other necessary procedures in accordance with established protocols. Requirements Current LVN license. Nursing home experience
