Job Description
- Job Summary
- We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care in an Inpatient / outpatient setting, Nephrology / Primary Care experience preferred but not required
- Duties
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- WIll include responsibilities to do clinics and dialysis rounds.
- Experience not required > will train
- Administer treatments and medications as prescribed
- Educate patients on health maintenance and disease prevention
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure the highest standards of patient care
- Utilize electronic medical record systems like Epic for accurate documentation
- Qualifications
- Current Nurse Practitioner license and certification.
- Proficiency in utilizing electronic health record systems like Epic
- Strong understanding of healthcare systems and standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment

$95,000.00- $102,000.
