Job Description
Home Care Select Hospice (HCS) is a locally owned hospice serving Conroe and surrounding areas. We are seeking a full-time Hospice Marketing Liaison to build strong referral partnerships, educate the community about hospice services, and drive ethical, compliant growth. This is a relationship-based sales role for someone who is compassionate, goal-driven, and motivated to make a meaningful impact. Position Summary The Hospice Marketing Liaison is responsible for developing and maintaining referral relationships with physicians, hospitals, clinics, senior living communities, and other healthcare partners. Success in this role is measured by referral growth, conversion to admissions, and long-term strength of referral partnerships—all while maintaining the highest standards of compliance and integrity. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain referral relationships with physicians, hospitals, clinics, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, and community partners Conduct consistent field outreach through visits, calls, presentations, and networking Educate referral sources on hospice eligibility, services, and benefits through in-services and presentations Identify new referral opportunities using market data and community insight Collaborate with admissions, clinical, and leadership teams to ensure smooth referral-to-admission process Attend and represent Home Care Select Hospice at community events, health fairs, and professional meetings Track and report referral activity, outcomes, and trends to leadership Qualifications 2+ years of healthcare marketing, hospice, home health, or medical sales experience preferred Knowledge of hospice philosophy, eligibility, and Medicare guidelines preferred Strong communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently in the field Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Experience in the Conroe/Montgomery County market preferred What We Offer Competitive base salary plus performance-based bonus Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays Supportive, mission-driven leadership Why Join Home Care Select Hospice?
