Category Nursing - RN-PACU Job Type Travel Nestled near Converse, Texas, this travel assignment places you at the heart of a vibrant region, just outside the cultural hub of San Antonio. Monday-Friday, 1200-2030 (flexible/variable) Weekends and call requirements discussed during interviewKey Qualifications:
Active TX RN License (temporary licenses not accepted) Minimum 2 years' acute care/travel nursing experience BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications Strong pre-op and Phase II surgical discharge skills PACU experience (preferred) IV skills; Meditech experience preferredRole Responsibilities:
Deliver pre-operative and post-anesthesia care following established protocols Monitor and manage patients through Phase II recovery and surgical discharge Collaborate with surgical, anesthesia, and multidisciplinary teams Maintain meticulous documentation in Meditech Float per facility requirements, adapting smoothly to new settingsDress Code:
Facility-provided scrubs; maintain professional, neat appearance Body art should be covered whenever possible, no extreme hairstyles/colors, and only ear piercings visiblePerks & Benefits:
