Job description Horizons Care Center seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide high-quality, resident-centered care in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility. The RN will perform assessments, administer medications and treatments, coordinate individualized care plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support short-term rehab and long-term care residents.
