This is a strict Thursday- Saturday position, please do not apply if you can not commit to those shifts. The Infusion Specialist is excited to become knowledgeable about IV therapy through Prime IV's training program so that you can excel in all aspects of the Prime IV process.

What You'll Do:

Patient Interaction :

You will work closely with patients, explaining the procedure to ensure they are comfortable and informed. Your role may involve starting IVs, answering questions, and addressing any concerns.

IV Setup and Administration :

You'll be responsible for preparing and connecting the IV lines, ensuring the correct medication or fluid is used, and administering it to the patient in a controlled and precise manner.

Monitoring Patient Progress :

Throughout the infusion, you will monitor the patient's vital signs, watching for any adverse reactions or side effects. You will also ensure the IV is working properly and may need to adjust the flow or replace the IV if needed.

Documentation and Record-Keeping :

Accurate records of the infusion process, including the type of fluid or medication, dosage, and patient reactions, are essential for patient safety and ongoing care.

Who You Are:

Licensed Nurse:

Must be an active Registered Nurse in good standing.

Weekend Availability:

You're able to work ever

Thursday- Saturday IV Experience:

Previous experience with IVs is a requirement

You're a natural at building rapport with clients and staff and making them feel like they're the only person in the room.
