Berachah Home Health Services is seeking a PRN Home Health Nurse with wound care experience to assist with skilled nursing visits in the Dallas area. We are a growing home health agency focused on providing high-quality, patient-centered care with excellence, professionalism, and compassion. This role is ideal for a nurse looking for flexible PRN work, supplemental income, or meaningful patient relationships outside the fast pace of facility settings. Position Overview We are currently seeking a PRN nurse to assist with: Skilled wound care visits Dressing changes and wound assessments Patient/caregiver education Documentation and communication with the clinical team Coordination of care and reporting changes in patient condition Current patient needs may include: Short daily visits Flexible scheduling opportunities Coverage support on select weekdays/weekends QualificationsRN or LVN/LPN candidates may apply

Requirements:
