In this pivotal role, you will serve as the premier face of our facility across local hospitals and health systems, directly impacting our growth and community footprint.
Primary Responsibilities:
Drive Strategic Relationships:
Cultivate, grow, and maintain deep professional partnerships with hospital case managers, discharge planners, and physicians to position Golden Acres as the preferred provider.
Grow Census:
Secure qualifying referrals and manage pre-admission screenings to ensure seamless transitions of care and achieve facility occupancy goals.
Collaborative Strategy:
Work in close synchronization with the Director of Business Development to execute targeted marketing campaigns, analyze local healthcare trends, and maximize regional market share.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in skilled nursing marketing, healthcare sales, or hospital clinical liaison roles. Strong clinical acumen and familiarity with managed care and Medicare guidelines. Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
