Qualifications/Desired Experience:
Current, active RN license Previous clinical experience in a PACU or critical care setting preferred BLS and ACLS certifications required Strong assessment, monitoring, and communication abilities Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative hospital environment
Responsibilities:
Monitor and assess patients recovering from anesthesia, ensuring stability and comfort Administer medications and treatments as directed by providers Educate patients and families on post-operative care requirements Recognize and respond swiftly to changes in patient condition Accurately document all aspects of assessment and care Collaborate closely with the surgical and anesthesia teams
