We are committed to delivering compassionate, high-quality care while fostering long-term relationships with our patients and their families. Position Summary We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) with a strong background in Pediatrics and Family Healthcare to join our team in Dickinson, Texas. The ideal candidate will be comfortable caring for patients of all ages, with a particular focus on pediatric care, preventive medicine, chronic disease management, and health education. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive patient assessments, physical examinations, and health screenings. Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses in pediatric and family practice settings. Conduct well-child visits, sports physicals, immunizations, and developmental screenings. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Prescribe medications and therapies in accordance with Texas regulations and clinical guidelines. Educate patients and families regarding preventive care, nutrition, growth and development, and disease management. Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to ensure high-quality patient care. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR) system. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and practice growth efforts. Qualifications Current and unrestricted Texas Nurse Practitioner license. Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP). Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in Pediatrics and/or Family Practice preferred. Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills. Excellent communication and patient relationship-building abilities. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required. Current BLS certification required.
