DFW Locations | McKinney, Flower Mound & Fort Worth PRN | Part-Time Opportunities NeuroGlow is a physician-led mental health clinic specializing in IV ketamine therapy and Spravato for treatment-resistant depression and complex mood disorders. We are seeking compassionate, professional Registered Nurses and Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners interested in meaningful PRN clinical work within a rapidly growing interventional psychiatry practice. We are currently hiring across all three NeuroGlow clinic locations: McKinney, Flower Mound, and Fort Worth. This role is ideal for clinicians seeking flexible scheduling, focused patient care, and exposure to emerging mental health treatment modalities in a calm, supportive environment. The Role Depending on licensure and experience, responsibilities may include: Supporting and monitoring IV ketamine infusion treatments Assisting with Spravato treatments within REMS guidelines Leading psychiatric evaluations and treatment oversight (NP role) Monitoring patient response and maintaining a calm, supportive treatment environment Collaborating closely with therapists, providers, and clinical staff Maintaining high standards of patient safety and clinical documentation This is a structured, safety-first environment with scheduled overlap staffing to ensure smooth transitions of care and strong team collaboration. Qualifications RN Applicants:

Active Texas RN license Strong patient care and communication skills Interest in mental health and interventional psychiatry Infusion or psychiatric experience preferred but not required

Psychiatric NP Applicants:

Active Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner license in Texas Experience treating mood and anxiety disorders Comfort working with complex or treatment-resistant cases Interest in interventional psychiatry Spravato experience preferred but not required

Compensation RN:

Starting at $37/hour

Psychiatric NP:

Starting at $70/hour
