You'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality nursing care, guiding treatment plans, and helping patients on their path to recovery. Whether you're experienced in behavioral health or looking to continue growing your expertise in psychiatric nursing, you'll have the opportunity to make a lasting difference in the lives of your patients. What You'll Do Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans. Monitor patients, evaluate changes in condition, and collaborate with physicians and the care team. Administer medications safely and accurately in accordance with clinical policies. Provide compassionate, trauma-informed care that promotes healing and recovery. Support patients and families throughout the treatment process. Lead and Support Your Team Help coordinate daily clinical operations and support nursing staff during your shift. Delegate responsibilities while promoting a collaborative, patient-focused environment. Ensure compliance with nursing standards, policies, and best practices. Serve as a clinical resource and advocate for quality patient care. Required Qualifications Current Registered Nurse (RN) license. Minimum of one year of Registered Nurse experience. Behavioral Health nursing experience. Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or higher. CPR certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire). De-escalation certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire). Preferred Experience Experience in psychiatric or behavioral healthcare settings. Experience working with patients experiencing chemical dependency, dual diagnosis, or geriatric behavioral health conditions. Strong assessment, crisis intervention, and patient advocacy skills.
