$70,000•$87,000/year Job Overview We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) with Behavioral Health experience to join a dynamic healthcare team in Fort Worth, TX . In this role, you'll provide high-quality nursing care to patients with behavioral and mental health needs while working alongside a multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Monitor patients' mental and physical health status. Respond to behavioral health crises and ensure patient safety. Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records. Educate patients and families on treatment plans and recovery goals. Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license. Minimum 1 year of RN experience . Behavioral Health experience required.
