Competitive pay packages Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Robust referral bonus program 24/7 dedicated team support throughout your employment What You'll Do Train and educate patients on the use of the Tablo Hemodialysis System for home dialysis Guide patients through treatment setup, operation, and troubleshooting Monitor patient competency and ensure safe at-home treatment Provide ongoing support and reinforcement during training sessions Collaborate with clinic teams to ensure continuity of care Document training progress and patient outcomes accurately Manage a patient load of 2 to 3 trainings per day
What You Need Required:
Active RN license in Texas Recent dialysis experience Experience with the Tablo Hemodialysis System Strong patient education and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage training schedules
Preferred:
Home health or chronic care experience About the Assignment This role supports a leading healthcare facility in Garland, Texas, focusing on patient education and home dialysis training.
