LVN / RN Nurse (Day or Night Shift)

Hillside Medical Lodge is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to join our clinical team. Based in Gatesville, our 128-bed facility emphasizes clinical excellence and structured resident support. We provide a professional environment where nurses have the tools and leadership backing necessary to deliver high-quality care throughout their shift. Pay, Schedule & Benefits Pay Rate (RN): Starting at $35 per hour Pay Rate (LVN): Starting at $30 per hour

Schedule:

6am-6pm or 6pm-6am (12-hour shifts)

Rotation:

Rotating weekends

Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants to ensure resident needs are met promptly. Document all care provided accurately within the electronic medical record system. Monitor resident conditions and report significant changes to the DON or physician. Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers during the shift. Provide direct bedside care and clinical oversight for residents. Qualifications Valid Texas RN or LVN license in good standing. Current CPR certification. Ability to pass a background check and drug screen. Skills Strong clinical assessment and documentation abilities. Capability to remain calm and decisive during shift operations. Effective communication with residents, families, and physicians. Education & Experience Previous experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred.
