Travel assignment with flexible scheduling to support work-life balance
Qualifications/Desired Experience:
Current and active RN license Minimum one year of recent experience in a Medical-Surgical (MS) nursing setting BLS certification required Strong clinical judgment and patient assessment skills Excellent communication and adaptability in fast-paced situations
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality patient care in a medical-surgical unit Administer medications, monitor patient progress, and document care accurately Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans Provide support and education to patients and their families Maintain compliance with facility procedures, protocols, and regulations
