Schedule:
Day shifts, 6:45 AM-7:15 PM No call required Floating within ICU as needed Royal blue scrubs required
Desired Qualifications:
Current RN license Active BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA or ARC) Minimum 1 year recent experience in an ICU setting Ability to care for medical and cardiac ICU patients Up-to-date titers at time of submission Experience with
MEDHOST EMR
preferred Ability to safely manage a 2:1 patient ratio Distance of more than 50 miles from assignment location required
Core Responsibilities:
Deliver direct care to critical and complex patient populations Accurately document and manage patient information using MEDHOST Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes Maintain readiness to float within the ICU Adhere to the highest standards of infection control and patient safety Provide compassionate, patient-centered care under high-acuity situations
