Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team and guide clinical operations while fostering a culture of excellence in patient care. This role requires strong leadership, organization, and communication skills, along with hands-on clinical expertise—particularly in IV infusion therapy. Key ResponsibilitiesClinical & Operational Leadership Oversee day-to-day clinical operations and ensure high standards of patient care Perform and oversee IV infusion therapy, injections, and related services Ensure compliance with all clinical protocols, safety standards, HIPAA, and infection control guidelines Oversee medication administration, sterile techniques, and proper documentation Monitor patient assessments, vital signs, and charting accuracy Manage inventory, ordering, and proper storage of medications and supplies Maintain clinical readiness and ensure equipment is properly maintained Team Leadership & Development Provide leadership, direction, and support to nursing staff Supervise and mentor RNs to promote professional growth and accountability Address clinical and operational issues proactively Support staff development, coaching, and performance management Maintain professional boundaries and uphold workplace standards Communication & Coordination Ensure consistent, clear communication between staff and management Serve as the primary point of contact for nursing staff Communicate operational needs, concerns, and updates to leadership Support seamless documentation and coordination across the team Scheduling & Coverage Responsibilities Create and maintain the RN work/shift schedule aligned with business needs Ensure appropriate staffing coverage during all operating hours Manage schedule adjustments, including shift swaps and time-off requests Proactively identify and address coverage gaps Coordinate and secure coverage when an RN calls out or is unavailable Step in to provide coverage when necessary Acting Center Manager Responsibilities In the absence of the Center Manager (e.g., illness, leave, or vacation), the Lead RN will serve as the acting on-site leader and may: Oversee daily operations of the center Support staff and address operational needs Ensure continuity of communication with ownership Make day-to-day decisions to maintain smooth operations Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (required) Strong experience with IV infusions and injections (required) Minimum 2+ years of clinical experience (wellness, IV therapy, med spa, or similar preferred) Proven leadership experience (Charge Nurse, Nurse Supervisor, or similar role preferred) Experience supervising staff in a clinical setting Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to problem-solve and work independently High level of professionalism, accountability, and attention to detail What We're Looking For A calm, structured leader who brings organization and consistency Strong IV skills and confidence in performing infusions independently Someone who follows through and holds others accountable A professional communicator who maintains clear boundaries Detail-oriented and proactive in identifying and solving issues A team player who supports a positive, solutions-focused environment
