Job Description

At Autumn Leaves Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, our associates are our most valuable assets. We are looking for a skilled Wound Care/ Treatment Nurse to become part of our facility's compassionate care-giving team. We are searching for a dedicated, compassionate and energetic individual to come join our team and be a vital link between our patients, nurses and other facility staff! Wound Nurse -
Treatment Nurse RN or LVN Position and Schedule Wound Care/ Treatment Nurse RN or LVN Full-Time Shift:

Participate in coaching/discipline, hiring and termination decisions of direct care staff. Supervise and assess resident care and take appropriate action. Implement Community procedures to provide resident care. Be a part of the Nursing On-Call Team.
Must haves:
Must have a current and valid LVN or RN nursing license or a current and valid LVN or RN license from a Compact Party State. Experience in Long Term Care or Skilled Nursing a Plus.
