GLO3O is a multi-location skincare studio. We create the perfect facial for our Members. Every 30 days. Our studios focus on facial skincare services and aesthetic procedures such as Botox and neurotoxins. We are looking for new team members to join our growing team who are looking for a long-term home and are excited to enter the aesthetic industry!The Ideal Candidate:
- GLO3O is looking for a Aesthetic Nurse Injector with a Registered Nurse license ONLY
- The candidate should be familiar with cosmetic injections
- We provide training for part time and full-time positions
- A great fit would be someone who loves the skincare and aesthetic industry, is professional, and loves talking to people
- Retail and management experience in the past is a plus What does an Aesthetic Nurse Injector do at GLO30:
- Maintain supplies and equipment for treatments
- Professional appearance daily
- Administer Botox and neurotoxin injections following protocols and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
- Recommends various treatments, and skin regimens based on assessment
- Participate in marketing initiatives, such as hosting events or giving presentations about the benefits of aesthetic treatments
- Foster, inspire and encourage a positive and collaborative team environment by promoting open communication and mutual support
- Work closely with management to implement team-building activities that strengthen workplace relationships and morale
- Educate clients on treatments, build strong relationships and recommend products to enhance outcomes.
- Stay updated on industry advancements to refine and improve service offerings.
- Oversee and mentor junior staff in client interactions and aesthetic procedures.
- Lead team meetings, provide feedback, and foster a positive work environment.
- Onboard, train, and develop staff in alignment with studio policies and protocols.
- Manage daily studio operations, including scheduling and ensuring readiness.
- Conduct administrative tasks and support front desk functions when needed.
Required Credentials:
- Must have at least 1 year of injection experience
- Loves the industry and working with people
- Must be a self-starter and a team player
- Must maintain yearly continued education and stay current on product lines & services
