Part-Time Aesthetic Nurse Injector (Commission-Based)

Job Description Get Tox'd is seeking skilled and motivated Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our growing aesthetics team. This commission-based opportunity is ideal for providers who are passionate about delivering natural-looking results while building and growing within the aesthetics industry. Training Previous experience is a bonus, but willing to train the right, motivated person. 1+ years experience of Tox needs a one day theory + hands on training for onboarding Previous courses with limited hands on experience must retake 50-75% of the Training course No experience, 100% of the course must be completed. Training is continued throughout your time with Get Tox'd to maintain the best and most comprehensive treatments possible. Initial training costs go directly toward your trainer and the product used during your initial onboarding only and is assessed on an individual basis. All additional trainings are included as part of your position. Key Responsibilities Perform neurotoxin treatments with precision Conduct thorough consultations and create personalized treatment plans Educate clients on treatment options, expected outcomes, and aftercare Maintain accurate, compliant documentation within our EMR system Follow clinical protocols, safety standards, and infection control guidelines Support client retention through exceptional service and consistent follow-up Collaborate with the marketing team to support client growth initiatives Participate in ongoing training and maintain competency across all offered services Qualifications Active Texas RN license (required) Completion of Get Tox'd internal training program (required) Skills We're Looking For Patient-first mindset with a genuine focus on safety and quality outcomes Strong communication and client education skills Ethical sales awareness, ability to recommend appropriate treatments without pressure Excellent organization and attention to detail Professional presentation and a collaborative team attitude Strong confidence and able to work independently What We Offer Very competitive commission-based earning potential based on performance. $50.00 - $200.00 per hour
