is seeking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in patient care, with experience in home health nursing and have interest in working with pediatric patient or have experience in pediatric nursing. outpatient services. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care to patients, ensuring their comfort and well-being. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in accordance with established protocols and standards. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Monitor patient conditions and report any changes to the healthcare team. Assist with DME (Durable Medical Equipment) assessments if supplies needed Educate patients and their families on health management, treatment plans, and wellness strategies. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes. Experience Current Registered Nurse (RN) license required. Previous experience in pediatrics home health preferred. Familiarity with outpatient services and hospital settings is advantageous. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment are essential. A commitment to providing compassionate care to all patients is a must.
