Sunday - Thursday, 8:00 AM - 10:00

PM Start:

Urgent Hiring Need We are urgently seeking a compassionate and experienced RN or LVN to provide one-on-one care for a pediatric patient at home. The patient requires skilled nursing care including G-tube management, colostomy care, venting, and non-invasive respiratory support . The ideal candidate is dependable, attentive, and confident in managing complex pediatric needs in a home setting. Responsibilities Provide skilled nursing care for a pediatric patient in the home Perform G-tube feedings, flushes, and site care Manage colostomy care , including emptying, cleaning, and monitoring Perform venting procedures as ordered Monitor and support non-invasive respiratory care (e.g., oxygen, pulse ox monitoring if applicable) Administer medications per physician's orders Monitor vital signs and promptly report changes in patient condition Maintain accurate, timely documentation Assist with ADLs while promoting comfort and safety Qualifications Current Texas RN or LVN license (active and in good standing) Pediatric home health or private duty experience preferred Experience with G-tube and colostomy care required Familiarity with venting and non-invasive respiratory support Current CPR certification (Pediatric CPR preferred) Strong clinical judgment and communication skills Reliable, punctual, and compassionate What We Offer Competitive pay (based on experience) Consistent full-time schedule Supportive clinical team One-on-one patient care environment
