Registered Nurse Behavioral Health / Detox Program

Overview We are seeking experienced and compassionate Registered Nurses to provide care in an adult residential treatment setting supporting clients with substance use disorders and co-occurring behavioral conditions. Responsibilities Deliver skilled nursing care to adults undergoing detoxification and rehabilitation. Perform assessments, vitals, and medication administration per physician orders. Monitor withdrawal symptoms using

protocols. Participate in treatment planning and interdisciplinary team meetings. Educate patients and families on recovery and relapse-prevention strategies. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold all state and federal standards. Qualifications Active Texas RN license (unencumbered). Current BLS required; ACLS preferred. Minimum 1 year of nursing experience behavioral health, detox, or med-surg background strongly preferred. Compassionate communication and ability to work within a multidisciplinary team. Schedule & Benefits Full-time 12-hour shifts (Days or Nights available). Competitive pay $38 to $45/hr DOE plus differentials. Comprehensive benefits available through employer of record.
