Job Description

Cath Lab Registered Nurse (RN) - $10,000

Sign-On Bonus Schedule:

Monday-Friday Location:

TX What You'll Love $10,000 sign-on bonus Relocation assistance available for eligible candidates 164 hours of front-loaded PTO at the start of employment Competitive pay: $27.00-$50.00/hour (based on experience) Tiered on-call pay plan -- earn up to $20.00/hour for additional on-call hours Standard on-call pay: $2.50/hour, Monday-Friday Supportive, mission-driven culture with opportunities for growth What You'll Do Provide high-quality, compassionate nursing care in the Cardiac Catheterization Lab Collaborate with physicians and team members to deliver safe and effective patient care Participate in on-call rotations (currently 7-10 days per month; expected to decrease as team grows) Maintain a calm, professional approach in a fast-paced environment What You'll Need Active RN license in the state of Texas (or compact license) Minimum 1-2 years of critical care experience required Previous Cath Lab or procedural experience preferred BLS and ACLS certifications Join a collaborative team where your skills and compassion make a difference every day.
