PRN How you'll make an impact in this role Provide direct, high-quality nursing care and assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) under the supervision of a Registered Nurse preceptor, ensuring strict adherence to healthcare protocols. Assess and track patient vital signs, status, and clinical responses, accurately documenting and reporting critical observations to the healthcare team. Assist preceptors in developing and updating patient care plans by promptly reporting diagnostic test results and key clinical observations. Optimize unit efficiency by managing patient preparations, coordinating safe transport for diagnostic services, and performing essential environmental and assigned support tasks. Registration:

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Education:
