Desired Qualifications:
Current and unrestricted RN license Minimum of 2 years of recent Cath Lab nursing experience Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required Strong critical thinking skills and ability to thrive in high-pressure situations Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care throughout all phases of cardiac catheterization procedures Monitor patient status, anticipate complications, and intervene appropriately Collaborate with physicians, technologists, and other healthcare professionals Document all nursing interventions and patient responses promptly and accurately Participate actively in quality improvement initiatives and ongoing education
