Desired Qualifications:
Current, active RN license in good standing Minimum one year of recent experience in Telemetry (RN-Tele) Comprehensive understanding of cardiac monitoring, dysrhythmia recognition, and telemetry protocols BLS and ACLS certifications required Excellent communication, assessment, and organizational skills Ability to thrive in fast-paced, team-oriented settings
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver patient-centered nursing care within a Telemetry unit Monitor, interpret, and document cardiac rhythms and vital signs Administer medications and treatments in accordance with medical protocols Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement individualized care plans Provide education and emotional support to patients and their families Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulatory guidelines
