Join Our Compassionate Team of Home Health Nurses! Are you a Registered Nurse with a heart for making a difference? We're seeking dedicated RNs to join our caring home health team, providing skilled nursing care to patients of all ages in the comfort of their homes. Your expertise can bring comfort, healing, and peace of mind to patients and their families during life's most vulnerable moments.
What You'll Do:
As a vital part of our team, you'll focus on patient admissions, recertifications, and delivering high-quality, compassionate nursing care. You'll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, patients, their families, and referring providers to ensure seamless, personalized care. Your role will be essential in guiding patients through their healthcare journey at home, where they feel most comfortable. Why Join Us? What We're Looking For:
Graduate of an accredited Diploma, Associate, or Baccalaureate Nursing Program Current Registered Nurse license in our state or multi-state compact license At least two years of clinical nursing experience, with one year in home health care Strong nursing skills and knowledge of State and Federal regulations Reliable transportation and auto liability insurance

Working Environment:
You'll provide care in patients' homes, encountering a variety of environments. We'll equip you with the tools and support needed to confidently handle each situation. Flexibility is key — you'll travel locally and may occasionally be on-call for emergencies.

Pay:
$80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
