What You'll Do:

As a vital part of our team, you'll focus on patient admissions, recertifications, and delivering high-quality, compassionate nursing care. You'll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, patients, their families, and referring providers to ensure seamless, personalized care. What We're Looking For:

Graduate of an accredited Diploma, Associate, or Baccalaureate Nursing Program Current Registered Nurse license in our state or multi-state compact license At least two years of clinical nursing experience, with one year in home health care Strong nursing skills and knowledge of State and Federal regulations Reliable transportation and auto liability insurance

Working Environment:

Pay:

$80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
