Epic Full Job Description Duties:
  • Provide direct patient care, including assessments, evaluations, and treatments
  • Administer medications and treatments IV route as prescribed by physicians
  • Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical history
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Educate patients and their families on disease management and treatment options
  • Assist with discharge planning and coordination of post-treatment care
  • Adhere to infection control protocols to maintain a safe and clean environment
  • Utilize EHR
  • Perform sterile processing of instruments and equipment
  • Maintain accurate patient records
Skills:
  • Strong clinical skills in various areas of patient care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail for accurate documentation and adherence to protocols
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle emergency situations
  • Chemotherapy certification preferred Willingness to complete chemotherapy certification course if not currently certified.
