Benefits Paid Time Off Healthcare Benefits (Medical, Dental, and Vision) In-house Training Employee Referral Bonus Weekly Pay 401(k) Long-term & Short-term disability Position Summary We are seeking a Pediatric Home Health Nurse, RN or LVN , to provide one-on-one skilled nursing care to medically fragile children in the home setting in North/South/East/West Austin, Liberty Hill, Leander, Driftwood, Kyle, Cedar Park. Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN opportunities available May include care for patients with tracheostomy, ventilator, G-tube needs, BiPAP or IV needs. Shift Schedule Day Shift and Night Shift available 8 hour shifts, 10 hour shifts and 12 hour shifts available Compensation $22-$40/hr depending on license and experience (LVN/RN) Major Responsibilities Provide 1:1 skilled nursing care in accordance with physician orders Administer prescribed medications and treatments Monitor patient condition and report changes Collaborate with care team and family Complete accurate clinical documentation electronically Qualifications Active Texas LVN or RN license Current CPR certification Valid Driver's License At least 1 year of work experience or 6 months pediatric home health as a licensed RN or LVN About Us VIVA Pediatrics is a nurse-owned and operated provider of pediatric home health and medical day care services, committed to delivering high-quality care to children and their families.
