Pay, Schedule & Benefits Pay Rates:
Starting pay for Licensed Vocational Nurses is $30/hour. Starting pay for Registered Nurses is $35/hour. Final rates scale upward based on previous clinical experience.Shift Schedule:
12-hour shifts running from 6pm-6am. This role utilizes a rotating schedule that provides every other weekend off.Benefits Package:

Atmosphere & Environment Crown Point Health Suites operates a 108-bed skilled nursing facility located at 6640 Iola Ave in Lubbock, Texas. The building layout optimizes clinical workflows to limit physical fatigue during overnight rotations. The facility maintains organized internal nursing units to support efficient medication administration and resident safety. Responsibilities Administer scheduled medications and clinical treatments adhering to established facility medical protocols. Complete accurate electronic charting within resident medical records before shift completion. Direct on-floor nursing assistants to preserve balanced workflow and prompt resident care. Observe changes in resident health conditions and report findings directly to medical providers.Qualifications Licensure:
Active Texas LVN License or Texas RN License in good standing.Certification:
Valid BLS or CPR certification.Screening:
Must pass a criminal background check.Testing:
