13 Weeks Job Overview "Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a Registered Nurse for a Neuro Telemetry unit in a high-acuity acute care hospital. The RN will provide care for neurologic and telemetry-monitored patients while supporting clinical decision-making and rapid response needs. Key Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to neuro telemetry patients Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and neurological status changes Administer medications and prescribed treatments Manage IVs, central lines, and vascular access devices Assist with respiratory support including oxygen therapy and non-invasive ventilation Care for patients with stroke, seizures, and neurological disorders Respond to changes in patient condition and escalate care as needed Participate in rapid response and emergency situations Maintain accurate documentation in EMR system Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team Ensure compliance with infection control and safety protocols Required Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license Minimum 1 year of MS/Tele or Neuro experience (1st time travelers accepted) BLS certification required Strong cardiac rhythm interpretation skills Ability to manage neuro and medical-surgical patient populations Experience in acute care hospital setting preferred For more details reach at
