• 7:00 PM (3x12s) Block Scheduling Available Job Summary "Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Department within an acute care hospital setting.

The ideal candidate will have strong emergency nursing experience, excellent critical thinking skills, and the ability to function independently in a high-acuity environment. Key Responsibilities Provide direct patient care in the Emergency Department Perform patient assessments and initiate appropriate nursing interventions Administer medications and monitor patient responses Maintain accurate electronic medical documentation Manage patient assignments and prioritize care effectively Function as Charge Nurse when needed Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams Respond to emergencies and rapidly changing patient conditions Ensure compliance with infection control and patient safety standards Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and discharge instructions Participate in quality improvement and departmental initiatives Required Qualifications Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing Active RN License Current BLS Certification Current ACLS Certification Current TNCC Certification Previous Emergency Room RN experience required Strong acute care and emergency nursing background Ability to function as Charge Nurse with minimal orientation Facility Highlights Short-Term Acute Care Hospital Level IV Trauma Center 49
