Job Summary and Responsibilities As our Cardiac Cath Lab Director, you will lead daily operations, ensuring high-quality, safe, and efficient cardiac care, managing staff, and upholding clinical standards.

Consults in patient care situations requiring advanced competency & knowledge Serves as clinical resource for problem solving and Assists staff with patient‐related issues and emergency situations Acts as liaison and collaborates with other departments, physicians and patient care services to facilitate care progression and ensure quality nursing care Serves as a role model to develop staff competence in the delivery of nursing care based on national professional standards.
