$55/hr Position Overview Thrive HCR is seeking experienced Critical Care Registered Nurses for a 13-week ICU/PCU Float assignment. This position requires floating between ICU and Progressive Care Units while caring for a diverse population of critically ill and cardiac patients. Assignment Details 24-Bed ICU 26-

Bed PCU Night Shift:

7P-7A Every Other Weekend Required Float between ICU and PCU as needed Occasional floating to other departments if necessary

Charting System:

Paragon Required Qualifications ✔ Active Texas RN License ✔ Minimum 3 Years of Recent Critical Care Experience ✔ Current BLS Certification ✔ Current ACLS Certification ✔ Strong ICU experience with ventilated and hemodynamically unstable patients Clinical Experience Required Cardiac patients post-CABG and PCI Sepsis management DKA Respiratory Failure Critical Care Monitoring Must Be Comfortable With Titrating critical care drips including: Levophed Amiodarone Heparin Precedex Propofol Cardene Nitro Neosynephrine Dopamine Ventilator management BiPAP Airvo Continuous cardiac monitoring

Unit Information ICU Typical Ratio:

2:1 May flex to 3:1 based on acuity

PCU Typical Ratio:
