We have a beautiful and modern community situated on 12 tropically landscaped acres in south McAllen's hospital district. We are a veterans home that also accept spouses of veterans and Gold star parents. We have excellent benefits and bonus opportunities. Other homes do not compare. We do recognition events throughout the year. For our front line nursing we have VA grant funds to provide uniforms, shoes, food engagement, gas funds and education funds. Come have a tour and meet our team. EOE Duties Coordinate and oversee the completion of the Minimum Data Set (MDS) assessments for residents, ensuring timely and accurate documentation in compliance with federal and state regulations. Collaborate closely with nursing staff, therapists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to gather comprehensive resident information. Lead the interdisciplinary team in creating resident centered care plans.
