Home Hospice Driver's License and Auto Insurance required Bill Rate $68.67/hr + IRS mileage $.725/mile Start ASAP for 13 weeks M-F, days Coverage area: Denton, Justin, Lewisville, Carrollton, Prosper, Little Elm/Frisco North Dallas/Denton May be asked to help in other territories within facility's service area as needed which is about a 60 mile radius from the Facility address Productivity expectation is 24-30 visits/wk for 40 hours. Hospice experience required HomeCare HomeBase experience required Client may consider without HCHB exp at a reduced rate for the first 2 weeks if the manager is willing to train.
