Qualifications/Desired Experience:
Active RN license, valid in Texas or compact state eligibility Minimum of 1 year of recent Med-Surg nursing experience preferred Current BLS certification (ACLS preferred) Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills Adaptable and eager to learn in new environments
Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality patient care on a fast-paced Med-Surg unit Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for assigned patients Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders Educate patients and family members on care plans and discharge instructions Document all patient information and interventions thoroughly
