We are a fast-paced and growing medical spa dedicated to providing exceptional patient care and aesthetic services. We are seeking a motivated, professional, and customer-focused Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about aesthetics, confident in patient interactions, and committed to delivering outstanding results and patient experiences. Responsibilities Conduct patient intake and review medical history Obtain and document vital signs and relevant health information Assist with patient consultations and treatment planning under provider supervision Administer aesthetic treatments in accordance with Texas law and clinic protocols, including: Neurotoxin injections (Botox, Dysport, Letybo, etc.) Dermal filler treatments Educate patients on treatment options, expectations, risks, and post-treatment care instructions Assist with weight loss consultations, follow-up visits, and injections as delegated by the supervising provider Monitor patients before, during, and after treatments and address concerns appropriately Maintain accurate and complete patient documentation and treatment records Prepare treatment rooms and maintain clinical cleanliness standards Manage inventory and restock medical supplies as needed Coordinate consent forms and ensure all required documentation is completed prior to treatment Assist with patient check-in and check-out procedures Collect and document payments according to clinic protocols Answer patient questions and provide exceptional customer service Support scheduling, appointment confirmations, and follow-up communications Promote a positive patient experience while helping patients understand recommended treatment options Qualifications Current Texas Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing Previous experience in aesthetics or cosmetic injectables preferred Certification or hands-on training in neurotoxins and dermal fillers preferred Strong understanding of facial anatomy and injection safety principles Excellent customer service and communication skills Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office and electronic documentation systems Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Professional appearance and positive attitude Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
