Job Description

Registered Nurse | RN 750 State Highway 352, Mesquite, TX 75149 From $35 an hour - Full-time From $35 an hour - Full-time Cheyenne Medical Lodge is a 139-bed facility built with a layout that supports organized shift routines. We are hiring full-time RNs to manage floor assignments and maintain stable scheduling. This role utilizes a set rotating pattern to ensure predictable coverage. Same-day interviews are available for qualified clinical applicants.
Pay, Schedule & Benefits Pay Rate:
$35/hour base rate, with increases based on experience.
Schedule:
12-hour shifts. Day shift is 6am-6pm. Night shift is 6pm-6am. Rotating schedule with every other weekend off.

Responsibilities Direct floor operations and delegate daily duties to CNA and CMA staff. Administer medications and medical treatments according to physician orders. Document clinical updates within the electronic health record system. Monitor patient vital signs and report status changes to physicians. Coordinate floor admissions and discharges to maintain compliance. Atmosphere & Environment The floor layout at Cheyenne Medical Lodge minimizes transit distance between supply hubs and patient rooms. This design helps nursing teams complete shift handoffs and daily tasks with minimal delay. Floor staff follow defined operational protocols to preserve clinical structure throughout the building. Qualifications Active Texas RN License. Experience working in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or Long-Term Care (LTC) setting. Must pass a criminal background check. Must be able to pass a drug screening. Must have reliable transportation for dependable attendance. Submit your application online through Indeed today.
