In this role, you will deliver expert aesthetic treatments, including botulinum toxin injections and dermal fillers, to help clients achieve their beauty goals. Your expertise will enhance our reputation for exceptional service, combining medical precision with a warm, welcoming approach. Responsibilities Perform aesthetic procedures such as botulinum toxin treatments, dermal fillers, IV therapy, and micro needling treatments with precision and care Conduct consultations to assess client needs, explain treatment options, and develop personalized treatment plans Maintain strict sanitation and safety protocols in accordance with healthcare standards and regulations Manage client appointments efficiently using salon or med spa management software. Educate clients on post-treatment care, product recommendations, and potential results to ensure satisfaction and safety Assist with social media management by sharing before-and-after photos, promoting services, and engaging with online followers Provide excellent customer service by creating a welcoming environment and addressing client questions or concerns professionally Requirements Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license with specialized training in aesthetic procedures Proven experience performing botulinum toxin injections, dermal fillers, and other cosmetic treatments in a med spa or similar setting Knowledge of salon software for scheduling and client management Strong communication skills to educate clients effectively and foster trust Ability to uphold sanitation standards rigorously and adhere to healthcare regulations Experience with retail sales, upselling treatments or products, and managing guest services is preferred Skills in social media management for marketing purposes are a plus Join us if you're eager to make a positive impact on clients' lives through advanced aesthetic treatments!
