Nurse - LVN or RN

Ashton Medical Lodge operates a 144-bed skilled nursing facility in Midland, Texas, where clinical teams manage diverse patient acuities and follow standardized medical protocols. Floor nurses oversee structured patient assignments, and they collaborate directly with attending physicians to execute precise clinical care plans. Pay, Schedule & Benefits Pay Rate:

Starting at $30 for LVNs and $35 for RNs. Commensurate with experience.

Schedule:

12-hour shifts running 6am-6pm or 6pm-6am.

Responsibilities Administer prescribed medications and execute complex treatment protocols according to physician orders. Monitor resident vital signs and chart clinical developments directly into the electronic medical record system. Lead shift-to-shift report briefings, which ensures total continuity of care across medical teams. Supervise certified nursing assistants on the floor to maintain established patient care standards. Qualifications Valid Texas nursing license for an LVN or RN. Must pass a criminal background check. Must be able to pass a drug screening. Must have reliable transportation for dependable attendance. Atmosphere & Environment The physical layout features centralized nursing stations, which organize medical documentation and streamline access to patient charts.
