Job Description

Midland Medical Lodge operates with a clinical design focused on structured resident care plans and consistent, team-supported floor workflows. The nursing department utilizes defined medical protocols to manage daily treatments efficiently, ensuring licensed staff have the clear operational backing needed to focus directly on patient care, medication administration, and clinical assessments.
Pay, Schedule & Benefits Pay Rate:
LVNs start at $30/hr, and RNs start at $35/hr.
Schedule:
12-hour shifts are available for both day and night schedules, which include rotating weekends.

Responsibilities Administer ordered medications and perform specialized wound care treatments accurately. Complete detailed shift assessments and log changes in the electronic health record system. Coordinate floor CNA workflows to keep daily resident care plans on track. Respond to acute changes in resident conditions according to established facility safety guidelines. The facility focuses on maintaining a balanced work pace and a supportive professional environment, allowing nursing staff to build reliable, long-term working relationships across all shifts.
Qualifications Licensure:
Valid Texas RN or LVN license in good standing.
Background Check:
Must pass a criminal background check.
Drug Test:
Must be able to pass a drug screening.
