Qualifications:

Active RN license required Minimum one year of recent experience in Med-Surg (MS) nursing BLS certification (current and valid) Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills Adaptable and motivated to quickly learn new systems

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional patient care in the Med-Surg unit, monitoring health status and administering medications Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes Maintain accurate and timely charting in accordance with healthcare policies Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge instructions Uphold the highest standards of infection control and patient safety
