Schedule/Hours:
Travel assignment with variable, flexible scheduling options (details provided during interview process)
Qualifications:
Valid and unencumbered RN license Minimum of one year recent Medical-Surgical nursing experience BLS certification (required) Strong clinical assessment skills Adaptability to fast-paced and changing patient care environments Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver quality nursing care to a diverse patient population on a med-surg unit Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and support staff to coordinate patient care plans Assess, plan, implement, and document all aspects of patient care Educate patients and families on health management and recovery Ensure compliance with facility policies and current best practices
