Qualifications:
Active RN license in Texas or compact state Minimum of 1 year recent experience in Telemetry nursing BLS and ACLS certifications required Excellent communication and assessment skills Strong adaptability and problem-solving abilities Experience in an acute care hospital setting preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor, assess, and manage patients with cardiac and telemetry needs Implement physician-ordered treatments and promptly report changes in patient status Administer medications and interventions following safety protocols Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, procedures, and ongoing care Maintain detailed, accurate documentation in patient medical records Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes
